Activities of the Study:
- From the data obtained in 2024 and the previously identified areas with the greatest diversity of species, select priority areas to be surveyed.
- Survey of priority areas, estimating the population size and assessing the incidence of different species and the suitability of the site for in situ conservation.
- If possible, collection of seed samples from the surveyed areas, submitted to the species experts for evaluation and placed in the gene bank.
Results to be achieved:
- Available information collected on the priority areas to be surveyed;
- Survey of priority areas, estimating the approximate population size and assessing the incidence of different species and the suitability of the site for in situ conservation;
- Collected seed samples placed in gene bank;
- Presentation of the obtained results at a scientific conference.
