Study supported by the Hunting Management Development fund
The aim of the study is to maintain wolf and lynx populations in a favorable condition indefinitely into the distant future, ensuring the existence of the species in a continuous range, high biological capacity of the environment and the natural ecological functions of the species, without increasing economic conflicts and taking into account the possibilities of ungulate hunting. Ensure the level of representativeness of large carnivore monitoring data is maintained as population sizes and hunting volumes change.
